The Board of Directors of the Centro Oncológico Antioquia, aware of its corporate responsibility as a Health Service Provider Institution (IPS) and in accordance with the regulations governing the General System of Social Security in Health (SGSSS), in line with the provisions set forth in paragraph (h) of Article 40 of Law 1122 of 2007 and Circular 003 of 2018, and as an expression of its commitment to quality and service, adopts the Corporate Governance Code through Minute No. 38 dated August 4, 2023.
This Code compiles the rules of management, conduct, information, and oversight to which the institution is subject. It also integrates the ethical standards and behaviors outlined in the Code of Ethics and Conduct and other institutional policies, which must guide the actions of all employees, administrators, members of the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders of the institution..
