COPYRIGHT ON WEBSITE CONTENT

In accordance with current legal provisions (Law 23 of 1982, Decision 351 of the Cartagena Agreement, and other complementary regulations), the designs, writings, and content of each of the documents and information presented here are protected by copyright laws. Without the license or authorization of the copyright holder, they may not be photocopied, digitally or physically reproduced, fully or partially modified, or publicly communicated. Any such actions may result in civil and criminal liability for infringement of patrimonial and/or moral copyright.

The photographs displayed on the website were lawfully obtained through the execution of the corresponding copyright assignment agreements with the models; therefore, any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use is strictly prohibited.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF WEBSITE CONTENT

The intellectual property of the website content either forms part of the assets of THE COMPANY that owns the site, is owned by third parties who authorized its use on the website, or is public information governed by Colombian public information access laws.

The texts and graphic elements that make up the website, as well as their presentation and layout, are either the exclusive property of THE COMPANY or are used under the necessary exploitation rights.

Notwithstanding the above, the trade names, trademarks, or distinctive signs that appear on or are referred to in the website belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable legislation. The use of third-party trademarks or distinctive signs shall be of a temporary nature, provided that it does not constitute direct exploitation of the sign and is consistent with fair commercial practices.

Any use, transformation, or exploitation of the website content for commercial or promotional purposes is prohibited without prior authorization from THE COMPANY. In any case, any unlawful or commercial use of the website is prohibited, and proper credit must always be given to the content’s rightful owner.

The WEBSITE USER agrees that any content they generate and upload to the website shall become the property of THE COMPANY, while the USER retains moral rights over such content. All matters relating to the disposition or transfer of intellectual property rights shall be governed by Decision 486 of 2000 of the Andean Community, the Paris Convention ratified by Colombia through Law 178 of 1996, and the Commercial Code.
