Complaints Channel

The Whistleblower Channel of the Quirónsalud Group is a secure and confidential mechanism through which any person may report incidents that represent a violation of internal or external regulations of the Quirónsalud Group and its controlled entities, particularly those outlined in our Code of Conduct and Ethics.

Situations that may be reported through the whistleblower channel include:

• Sexual harassment
• Conflicts of interest
• Discrimination
• Corruption
• Money laundering and related predicate offenses
• Terrorist financing
• Financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction
• Breaches of internal policies and procedures
• Fraud
• Bribery
• Human rights and environmental violations
• Violations of the Colombian Criminal Code
• Violations of the Code of Conduct and Ethics
  
  

Please note that reports related to workplace harassment will be handled by the Workplace Coexistence Committee of each of the companies that are part of the business group, in accordance with Colombian law. Therefore, such reports will be forwarded to the corresponding committee, and the reporting party will be informed accordingly. The Channel Manager or the Investigating Body may follow up on the resolution of the case by the Workplace Coexistence Committee without violating the confidentiality and discretion that the Committee is required to maintain under Colombian law.

Rights of the Whistleblower

The whistleblower has the following rights:

• Confidentiality
• Anonymity and non-traceability
• Independence, impartiality, and absence of conflicts of interest
• Thoroughness in the investigation
• Information on the status of their report through a code and access key automatically generated upon submission via the whistleblower platform
• Protection against retaliation
